Salmon with Herb Sauce
You will get rave reviews when you serve this savory salmon recipe to company. (Think casual dinner party of four.) The flavor-rich sauce coats the salmon fillets in an herb-infused, velvety layer of delicious.
- Preheat oven to 425°. Place salmon skin-side down on baking sheet sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
- Mix bread crumbs, OLD BAY Rub and butter in small bowl. Coat salmon with bread crumb mixture.
- Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- For the Sauce, mix heavy cream, sour cream, lemon juice, basil, OLD BAY Rub and salt in medium bowl until well blended. Serve with salmon. Savor.
