Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon OLD BAY Rub
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Herb Sauce:
    • 1/3 cup heavy cream
    • 1/3 cup sour cream
    • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon McCormick┬« Basil Leaves
    • 1 teaspoon OLD BAY Rub
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425┬░. Place salmon skin-side down on baking sheet sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix bread crumbs, OLD BAY Rub and butter in small bowl. Coat salmon with bread crumb mixture.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. For the Sauce, mix heavy cream, sour cream, lemon juice, basil, OLD BAY Rub and salt in medium bowl until well blended. Serve with salmon. Savor.
