Quick Easy Salmon Cakes
Salmon cakes are quick and easy to make with OLD BAY Salmon Classic Cake Mix. Pre-measured ingredients allow you to create savory and succulent salmon cakes in minutes – with OLD BAY for extra kick!
- Drain can of salmon or use cooked salmon. Remove skin and bones. Flake salmon.
- In a large bowl, mix Classic Mix and mayonnaise. Add salmon and toss gently until coated. Shape into 5 patties.
- Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until golden brown turning once. Serve with tartar sauce.
