  1. Place fish on lightly greased broiler pan. Sprinkle fish with 1/2 of the OLD BAY and 1/2 of the lemon juice.
  2. Broil fish 3 to 4 minutes, then turn over. Sprinkle with remaining OLD BAY and lemon juice. Broil additional 3 to 4 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with additional OLD BAY.
